Refund policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Mekomi is sold by Aviran Aharoni Cohen, Sderot HaRishonim 23, Rishon LeZion, Israel. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle takes the payment and handles refunds.
Try it free first
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are never charged. Please use the trial to decide whether Mekomi is right for you.
The 14-day refund window
You can ask for a full refund of your first payment, the one taken when your trial ends, within 14 days of the date you were charged. You don't need to give a reason. Each customer can get this refund once.
Other payments can't be refunded. In particular:
- Renewals (every payment after the first) aren't refundable. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the first payment aren't eligible.
- If you subscribe again after a refund or a cancellation, the new payments aren't refundable.
- We don't give partial or prorated refunds for time you didn't use, including on yearly plans.
- Moving to a smaller plan or fewer business profiles takes effect from your next billing date and doesn't refund the current period.
- Not using the service, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal, isn't a reason for a refund.
We may refuse a refund where there are signs of fraud or abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing and asking for refunds.
How to ask for a refund
Go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you paid with, or reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you. You can also email us at support@getmekomi.com and we will pass the request to Paddle. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in Mekomi. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund a payment: if your first payment was in the last 14 days, ask for a refund as described above.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. See also our terms of service.
