These terms apply to your use of Mekomi, a tool for managing Google Business Profiles. By using Mekomi you agree to them.
The service
Mekomi lets you connect a Google account, import the Business Profiles it manages, see their reviews in one place, draft replies with AI, and publish replies. Access is by invitation; there is no public sign-up.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect Business Profiles you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for replies published from your account, including replies published by auto-reply rules you switch on.
- Keep your login details private.
- Follow Google's terms and policies for Business Profiles and reviews.
AI drafts
Reply drafts are written by an AI model and can be wrong or unsuitable. Review drafts before approving them, and only switch on auto-replies for businesses where you are happy with the drafts.
Availability
Mekomi depends on Google's APIs and other services. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and features may change.
Liability
Mekomi is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the content of replies published from your account.
Ending use
You can stop using Mekomi at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
