A Birdeye alternative for Google reviews and Maps ranking

Birdeye is an all-in-one reputation and customer-messaging platform: reviews, listings, social, webchat, surveys and payments, for businesses with one location or thousands. If you mainly need your Google profile handled, replies, posts, photos and ranking, Mekomi does that part for a published price from $29 a month.

Birdeye pricing

Birdeye doesn't publish its prices. Its pricing page asks for your number of locations and sends you to sales for a quote.

Third-party pricing sites report plans called Starter, Growth and Dominate at about $299, $349 and $449 per location per month, billed annually, with custom pricing for larger brands (costbench.com, August 2026). Reviewers on those sites also mention annual contracts that renew automatically. Treat these as estimates and confirm with Birdeye.
