Where does the audit get its data?
From the public information Google shows about the business: category, rating, number of reviews, photos, website, phone and hours, plus a Google search for your category around your address to find the businesses you compete with.
Is the visibility check my Google Maps ranking?
It's close, but not the same. It's where you come in a Google search for your category around your address. Real Maps results change with each searcher's location, so you may rank higher or lower a few streets away.
Why does it say 10 or more photos?
Google's data shows us up to 10 photos for a business, so the audit can't tell 10 photos from 500. Businesses that rank well usually keep adding new photos every month.
Can I audit a competitor?
Yes. The audit only uses public information, so you can check any business on Google Maps and compare it with yours.
Do you store the results?
