Common questions
Do my clients need to give me their Google password?
No. Your clients add your Google account as a manager of their Business Profile, the normal way Google lets agencies help. You then connect your own Google account to Mekomi.
Does Mekomi have white-label reports or client logins?
Not yet. Today Mekomi is built for the agency team doing the work. White-label reports and client access are on the roadmap; tell us if you need them and we'll let you know when they're ready.
Does it work with Yelp, Facebook or other review sites?
No. Mekomi works only with Google Business Profiles. That focus is what lets it go deep on Google: replies, posts, photos and Maps ranking.
What if I manage more than 30 profiles?
Email us. The Agency plan covers 30 profiles today, and we want to hear from larger agencies about what they need.
Can I try it before my clients see anything?
Yes. Auto-reply and photo autopilot are off until you switch them on for each business, so you can review drafts first and go live client by client.
